FREE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

Register for a morning of Spanish language fire safety and emergency preparedness training with Malibu Foundation, Malibu City, and the Malibu Community Labor Exchange! Learn from a variety of experts how to be prepared for a natural disaster and how to be proactive against extreme heat. Best of all, this series of educational workshops are 100% free!

FOUR PREPAREDNESS STATIONS

Participate in four (30-minute) interactive information stations and receive a FREE gift each for training station completed. Stations include:

1.   Emergency Alert Systems: Learn when and how to respond & receive one-on-one technical assistance

2.   Fire Safety: Learn when and how to use a fire extinguisher 

3.   Go-Kit Preparation: Learn how to prepare an essential emergency kit

4.   First Aid & Support: Learn how to “stop the bleed” and how to protect yourself from extreme heat
