Meditation Workshops Presented by Kim Cermak

Finding time to relax, reflect, and recalibrate is vital for overall health. In this guided meditation session Kim talks us through various breath awareness techniques to help focus the mind and body!

 

We encourage you to take 30 minutes out of your day to focus on being mindful and well. During this session we practiced meditation with (light) movement and focused on opening up the flow of the mind and the body.

This week Kim guided us through a session of expanding our awareness and focusing on different areas of our body and mind. Check it out and learn some new ways to manage your stress using meditation practices.

Chapter 1.1 - Transition

Dr. Elizabeth Topp discusses how to effectively transition from trauma and to begin placing stepping stones towards healing. Trauma recovery is a process that takes time and intentionality. Hear as Dr. Topp answers: What are the first steps in re-establishing safety and beginning meaningful recovery?
